Integrative 9

The Enneagram is an archetypal framework that offers in-depth insight to individuals and groups. It creates self-awareness and uncovers the patterns of behavior that subconsciously drive and motivate you to act in certain ways. When we make these patterns and motivations conscious, we are able to transcend them and develop richer, more supportive ways of being. Working with the Enneagram empowers you to take responsibility for your behaviors and growth, from a greater understanding of why you act and react the way you do. Therefore, it is a sense-making tool or a framework that enables the development of self-knowledge and meta-awareness.

Leadership Circle

The Leadership Circle is dedicated to evolving the conscious practice of leadership. The top half of the profile circle maps Creative Competencies that contribute to a leader’s effectiveness. They measure how you achieve results, bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance your own development, act with integrity, and improve organizational systems. The lower half of the profile maps self-limiting Reactive Tendencies and behaviors. These emphasize caution over creating results, self-protection over engagement, aggression over alignment, and control over collaboration. This tool with help you grow as a leader and adjust to the constant changes coming at you.

Google's Project Oxygen

This leadership assessment is based on Google’s “Project Oxygen” findings. An internal team of researchers studied what makes a manager great at Google. They identified behaviors that were common among their highest-performing managers and incorporated them into their manager development programs. Later research led to the incorporation of effective cross-organization collaboration, stronger decision-making practices, and promotion of psychological safety. By publicizing, evaluating, and training managers on these behaviors, they saw an improvement in management at Google and team outcomes like turnover, satisfaction, and performance.

Stakeholder Interview

In this process, your coach interviews key stakeholders you identify, including your direct reports, peers, and supervisor. The coach asks them questions about their perceptions of your strengths as a leader, potential areas for improvement, and specific suggestions of ways to demonstrate growth in these areas. Your coach shares the themes they heard and works collaboratively with you to develop an action plan with practical techniques for addressing the focus areas you select. This methodology can provide very valuable information tailored to your specific environment and target actions to take in earning recognition for leveling up your leadership.
