Neelima is an ICF-certified coach and a certified facilitator for Google’s global initiative ‘I am Remarkable’ to empower everyone to speak confidently about their work. The World HRD Congress listed her among India’s top 100 most influential coaching leaders (2023).
Neelima works with executives globally to increase their impact and fast-track their careers. She helps them enhance their capacity and effectiveness by managing themselves and others better. She believes that leaders are made, not born, and she loves to combine her corporate experience and coaching expertise to help her clients be the leaders they want to become.
Before becoming a coach, she worked in various roles for 23+ years with global organizations like KPMG, EY GDS, Infosys, etc. She led large teams, represented her organization in global transformation projects, and coached and mentored many. In addition to coaching, she serves on the Board of the North India Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
She likes to meditate, do yoga, and enjoys nature walks and climbing hills.
