Michael Seelman is the co-founder and CEO of the Leadership Coach Group and a globally experienced executive coach who helps senior leaders integrate AI into their leadership without losing authenticity or human connection. He has coached more than 150 leaders across five continents and previously held senior roles at the White House, Department of Homeland Security, and FBI, where he served as Chief of Internal Communications and Deputy Chief Knowledge Officer. He now brings his expertise in communication, innovation, and transformation to leaders navigating complexity and change.

Michael holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Chief Information Officer certification from the U.S. Department of Defense. He studied leadership at the University of Maryland with Pulitzer Prize–winning scholar James MacGregor Burns, contributing to one of his books on presidential leadership. He is currently completing a PhD in organizational leadership, where his research explores how psychological safety supports successful AI integration.
